Green will help you from A to Z, listing your house, finding a right tenant, prep the house, any repairs/upgrade works,….. there is nothing that Green won’t do to help you becoming a landlord. Even if this is your first house or you have been in this business for a long time but no longer want to deal directly with the tenants, Green will help you. I have two rentals with them and this is my first time being a landlord, I can not say thanks enough to them. Communication with them is so friendly and easily and even ending contract with them :-). I just ended one property with them and the process was fast and easy. They still manage one for me.
