I used Green Residential at the beginning to help me locate a tenant for my residence and for property management. Their aid and customer service led to a great +2.5 year experience. The process was very transparent, they were quick to contact with me with issues, they do a great job with vendors, and the entire tenant process. After this experience, I asked for them to list my property and Wes Wray, who had rented my house at twice prior, listed it for sale. Wes provided me great guidance and experience when I wasn’t able to be in Houston during the process. This is something I’m normally good at but he provided an experience where trustworthiness was easy, especially in a time where the Houston market wasn’t it’s best. I would highly recommend Wes for selling, buying and rental needs.
