We recently moved into a Green Residential property. The leasing application and move in process was handled professionally and the staff at Green was responsive and professional. In a word, Excellent. The owners of our new residence left several “hidden” issues to be dealt with and so we have been having to request maintenance from Green as part of the move in process. The Property Meld system is awesome and the service providers so far have top notch. Green has worked to obtain owner consent very very quickly. We just moved out of a house that was maintained by the owner, who lived in California and was an absentee landlord, and just ignored our repeated requests for maintenance (the reason we moved). I would highly recommend a Green Residential property and until we buy a house, will try and always lease through them.
