Tiffany is a seasoned property management professional with extensive experience across multifamily properties of all sizes and classes, ranging from 75 to 300+ units. With a proven track record of overseeing portfolios of 2,500+ units and managing teams of over 50 employees across multiple states, Tiffany excels in driving operational excellence and delivering outstanding results.

As an Area Manager for 11 properties, she has successfully navigated complex projects, including full-scale renovations of both vacant and occupied communities. Her expertise spans project management, due diligence, leasing strategies, and revenue optimization, making her a dynamic leader in the industry.

Tiffany’s passion for leasing and maximizing revenue is evident in her accomplishments, including achieving 100% occupancy in 2020 with only one eviction during the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. She also consistently exceeded NOI goals across all properties for two consecutive years, generating an additional $20K+ in monthly revenue at a luxury class community.

In addition to her operational success, Tiffany is a high-volume leasing agent who set a company record with 42 move-ins in a single month during her first lease-up. She is also a mentor and trainer for leasing agents and property managers, sharing her expertise to develop strong teams.
