We own a portfolio of properties in Houston, and are very glad to have Green as our property manager.  The team is very experienced in this business, and they handle every aspect of the business quickly and responsibly, whether it be repairs, turnovers, collections, screening or inspections.  They are also extremely responsive, replying to any emails promptly, which is something we really appreciate as we are out of state investors in a different time zone.  We are very appreciative of Green advising us and handling our properties well, which takes the burden of property management off our hands.
